Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Controlling.
• Strong expertise in COGS calculations and the ability to explain system settings clearly and effectively.
• Excellent SAP knowledge, particularly in routings, bills of materials (BOMs), work centers, transactions, and PCA.
• Advanced IT skills and a strong affinity for systems, especially SAP FI/CO and SAP BW.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while building strong working relationships.
• Experience working in a multinational matrix organization and driving change initiatives.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally as required.

• Lead the redesign of standard costing calculations, including start-up costs, excess capacity, and idle costs.
• Develop end-to-end technical concepts to establish standardized costing benchmarks across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure consistent implementation of costing standards within SAP and across the global network.
• Develop and maintain guidelines supporting standardized production cost controlling practices.
• Act as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for standard costing implementation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and manage internal costing runs across the organization.
• Serve as the central contact for new product launch calculations and COGS simulations.
• Support the S/4HANA transformation by defining new standards for production cost controlling and product cost allocation.

Join our TechOps Finance team and play a key role in establishing global standards for product costing and manufacturing controlling. In this highly visible position, you will drive consistency across an international network, contribute to the S/4HANA transformation, and help optimize processes through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
