Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Germany seeks an experienced Manufacturing Controlling expert to drive standard costing redesign and establish benchmarks across manufacturing sites. You will lead SAP-based costing standards, COGS simulations, and global production cost allocation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across functions and regions.

The role requires 5+ years in Manufacturing Controlling, plus deep SAP experience and an ability to navigate a multinational matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing Controlling.
• Strong expertise in COGS calculations and ability to explain system settings clearly.
• Excellent SAP knowledge, particularly in routings, BOMs, work centers, PCA.
• Advanced IT skills and affinity for systems, especially SAP FI/CO and SAP BW.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while building strong working relationships.
• Experience in a multinational matrix organization and driving change initiatives.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.

• Lead the redesign of standard costing calculations, including start-up costs, excess capacity, and idle costs.
• Develop end-to-end technical concepts to establish standardized costing benchmarks across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure consistent implementation of costing standards within SAP and across the global network.
• Develop and maintain guidelines that support standardized production cost controlling practices.
• Act as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for standard costing implementation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and manage internal costing runs across the organization.
• Serve as the central contact for new product launch calculations and COGS simulations.
• Support the S/4HANA transformation by defining new standards for production cost controlling and product cost allocation.
