Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in COGS calculations and ability to explain system settings clearly.
• Excellent SAP knowledge, particularly in routings, BOMs, work centers, PCA.
• Advanced IT skills and affinity for systems, especially SAP FI/CO and SAP BW.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while building strong working relationships.
• Experience in a multinational matrix organization and driving change initiatives.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.

• Act as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for standard costing implementation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and manage internal costing runs across the organization.
• Serve as the central contact for new product launch calculations and COGS simulations.
• Support the S/4HANA transformation by defining new standards for production cost controlling and product cost allocation.

Join our TechOps Finance team and play a key role in establishing global standards for product costing and manufacturing controlling. In this highly visible position, you will drive consistency across an international network, contribute to the S/4HANA transformation, and help optimize processes through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
