ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Cluster Sous Chef (m / f / d) to support the Cluster Executive Chef and help shape the culinary experiences of both hotels.

YOUR MAIN TASKS
  • Assist the Cluster Executive Chef in running kitchen operations at both hotels
  • Take operational responsibility during daily service (la carte, buffet, banquets, events)
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative menu concepts for AC & Moxy
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Manage goods receipt, storage and inventory control
  • Motivate, train and coordinate the kitchen team
  • Be hands‑on during service and special events
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Completed culinary training and experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
  • Passion for modern creative cuisine
  • Strong leadership skills and a motivating personality
  • Excellent organizational and quality‑management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory and cost control
  • Strong communication in German & English
