Job summary

Liebherr-Digital Development Center GmbH in Ulm develops digital solutions for the Liebherr Group. Our team combines software development, engineering and data science to build innovative, cloud-based solutions for the product world.

You will define and implement cloud infrastructure and observability tooling, develop automation, support deployments and CI/CD, and collaborate in agile, interdisciplinary teams to run and improve complex systems.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science with at least 3 years of software development experience.
• Confident use of agentic AI tools for workflow automation, problem-solving, and software development.
• Experience with cloud mechanisms and tooling (Containers, Kubernetes, Grafana Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proficiency in cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and in developing cloud-native frameworks like Terraform providers.
• Experience with Java, C# or Golang and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with distributed software and storage technologies.
• Strong German communication and excellent English skills, and agile collaboration.

• Proficiency in developing cloud native frameworks like Terraform custom providers
• Experience in software development with common programming languages like Java, C# or Golang & experience with continuous integration
• Familiarity with storage technologies and in development of distributed software
• Good spoken and written communication skills in German & excellent in English, and a high degree of motivation & ability to collaborate in agile teams
