Charlie is seeking a hands-on Cloud Engineer to operate, develop, and automate our cloud infrastructure based on AWS, Kubernetes, and EKS. You will work in a small technical team with ownership and short decision paths.

The role emphasizes monitoring, incident analysis, security processes, and collaboration across engineering and operations, with flexible hours and a hybrid work setup in Stuttgart.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with core AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and IAM.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid Linux knowledge in both server and desktop environments.
• Basic understanding of databases and storage technologies.
• Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working in environments with strict security requirements.
• A structured, reliable, and security-conscious way of working.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Helm) is a plus.
• Experience with managed application platforms such as Vercel or Heroku is a plus.
• Fluent English (working language); German is a plus.
