ЛБВВ (LBBW) ищет специалиста по эксплуатации и мониторингу облачных сервисов в Azure. Вакансия предполагает разработку и поддержку CI/CD конвейеров, автоматизацию процессов и участие в дежурствах 24x7 по договоренности.

Требуется профильное образование, several лет опыта в Azure, знание IaC и инструментов наблюдаемости. Плюсом будут сертификации AZ-104/AZ-400 или Azure Solutions Architect, а также владение немецким и английским на хорошем уровне.

Qualifikationen

• Доказанная работа в операциях бизнес-приложений в Azure, желательно в регламентированной среде.
• Глубокие знания инструментов наблюдаемости в облаке и анализ метрик/логов.
• Уверенное владение службами Azure: App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus.
• Опыт работы с IaC (Terraform) и скриптингом (PowerShell/Python).
• Опыт настройки CI/CD в Azure DevOps или Jenkins; базовые сетевые навыки и Windows/Linux.
• Знания ITIL; аналитический и самостоятельный подход; хорошие коммуникационные навыки на немецком и английском.
• Плюс: сертификации AZ-104, AZ-400 или Azure Solutions Architect.

Aufgaben

• Оперативно обслуживать и мониторить production-приложения в Azure, настраивать дашборды и оповещения.
• Анализировать инциденты, выполнять кор-юз анализ и внедрять меры устранения.
• Автоматизировать рутинные задачи через скрипты, IaC и конфигурационный менеджмент.
• Разрабатывать и эксплуатировать CI/CD конвейеры в Azure DevOps или GitHub Actions.
• Обеспечивать безопасность и доступность приложений; планировать масштабирование и производительность.
• Сопровождать передачу решений в штатную эксплуатацию; участвовать в дежурствах по графику.

Задачи

• Operate and monitor production applications and services in Microsoft Azure using Dynatrace; create dashboards and alerts and derive optimization measures.
• Analyze incidents in incident and problem management, conduct root cause analyses and resolve issues sustainably.
• Automate recurring operational tasks through scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python), Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) and configuration management (e.g. Ansible).
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and help shape modern deployment strategies.
• Ensure the security and availability of applications.
• Support the planning and implementation of scaling concepts, performance tuning and capacity planning for business-critical applications.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge base articles to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with development teams and business units and bring the operations perspective to architecture and design decisions.
• Support the handover of new solutions from projects into regular operations, taking operational readiness into account.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure the availability of our applications in a 24x7 environment (by agreement).

Требования

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics or computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience operating business applications in Microsoft Azure, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
• Very good knowledge of observability options in cloud environments and of targeted use of metrics and logs for troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of relevant Azure services, for example App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault and Service Bus, as well as a solid understanding of modern cloud architectures such as microservices, containers and event-driven architecture.
• Confident use of Infrastructure as Code, for example Terraform, as well as scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Linux, as well as a basic understanding of networking and security concepts in Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices such as incident, problem and change management, as well as a structured and reliable approach to work.
• Analytical, solution-oriented and independent approach to work, and the ability to maintain an overview even in critical situations.
• Clear, audience-appropriate communication with development teams, business units and management, and the ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge with others.
• Basic willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
