Dataciders ixto GmbH is seeking a Cloud Data Architect (m/f/d) to design and implement modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. You will work on diverse client projects across industries and guide architecture decisions from requirements analysis to production.

Qualifikationen

What you can expect in your new job

• You'll work on a variety of client projects and be responsible for implementing modern data engineering architectures, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• You will support customers from requirements analysis through architectural decisions all the way to implementation and a successful transition to production. In the process, you will build and further develop in-depth expertise in Microsoft Fabric & Databricks and related cloud and AI technologies.
• You will design and implement sophisticated data platforms based on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• You'll design solutions across the entire data value chain: from the cloud platform through integration and transformation processes to analytics and AI applications.
• You'll work closely with clients in workshops, architecture sessions, and strategic roadmap sessions, and guide them confidently through phases of transformation.
• You implement projects using modern data and AI technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Services, and the latest ML frameworks.
• You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries and company sizes in the DACH region, thereby developing a broad and valuable range of experience.

What we want from you

• You are enthusiastic about modern data engineering architectures and current developments in data and AI.
• You have basic or advanced experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse) and are looking to further your skills in Fabric.
• You come across as confident and customer-focused—both in workshops and in technical projects.
• You are proficient in Python; experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Ideally, you have experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• You impress with your strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel.
• You speak German and English at a minimum C1 level.
