Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide hands-on clinical support and training in cardiac operating rooms and related hospital departments. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and the sales team to ensure the effective use of advanced medical technologies for treating atrial fibrillation and related cardiac conditions. This position focuses on supporting procedures, delivering training, and fostering clinical adoption of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to healthcare professionals through classroom sessions and hands-on labs.
  • Provide technical and clinical support during live surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to discuss technologies, training programs, and clinical initiatives.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to share feedback and insights.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of case notes and clinical feedback.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Experience in operating rooms, electrophysiology labs, or catheterization labs is preferred.
  • Background in health sciences or equivalent experience.
