Zusammenfassung

Scalable Capital sucht eine/n Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter/in, der/die als erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Interessenten per E‑Mail und Telefon fungiert. Sie lösen Routineanfragen, arbeiten eng mit dem Level‑2-Team zusammen und leiten komplexe Fälle weiter.

Wichtig sind Kundenzufriedenheit, schnelle Lösungen und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung. Die Position ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder trouxe erste praktische Erfahrungen im kundenorientierten Service.
• Sie besitzen eine Affinität zu digitalen Produkten und ein grundliegendes Interesse an Finanzmärkten.
• Sie liefern ein positives Kundenerlebnis und finden schnelle, hilfreiche Lösungen für Routinefragen.
• Sie sind zuverlässig im Team und arbeiten auch eigenständig in einer dynamischen Umgebung.

Aufgaben

• Sie fungieren als erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Interessenten per E‑Mail und Telefon.
• Sie lösen Alltagsanfragen effizient und leiten komplexe Fragen an das Level‑2‑Team weiter.
• Sie erfassen Feedback, um Produkt- und Prozessverbesserungen zu unterstützen.
• Sie erweitern kontinuierlich Ihr Finanzwissen durch interne Schulungen und eigenständiges Lernen.

Stellenbeschreibung

• You act as a reliable first point of contact for our customers and prospects, answering general inquiries via email and phone.
• You resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts.
• You capture and share valuable customer feedback to help us identify areas for improvement in our product and internal processes.
• You continuously expand your financial knowledge through our internal training and self-motivated learning.

This position is initially fixed-term for one year.

Qualifikationen

• Educational Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, or you bring initial practical experience in a customer-facing service role (career changers are explicitly welcome).
• Professional Focus: You have a strong affinity for digital products and a basic interest in financial markets – our L&D team will teach you the specific financial knowledge you need.
• You are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and finding quick, helpful solutions for routine issues.
• You are a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in German and English.
