DUDE CHEM is seeking a customer support professional who can serve as the first contact for customers and prospects. You will answer inquiries via email and phone, and collaborate with our Level 2 team to route complex issues to the right experts.

• You resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts.
• You capture and share valuable customer feedback to help us identify areas for improvement in our product and internal processes.
• You continuously expand your financial knowledge through our internal training and self-motivated learning.

This position is initially fixed-term for one year.

• Educational Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, or you bring initial practical experience in a customer-facing service role (career changers are explicitly welcome).
• Professional Focus: You have a strong affinity for digital products and a basic interest in financial markets – our L&D team will teach you the specific financial knowledge you need.
• You are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and finding quick, helpful solutions for routine issues.
