We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Client Acquisition Agent (German Speaker) - Relocation to Cyprus to join our client’s expanding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with new clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience from first interaction to activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s services and ensure a professional first impression
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients throughout their onboarding journey
  • Support clients during account setup, providing clear guidance and assistance when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and consistent client experience
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within internal systems
  • Consistently meet performance targets related to client onboarding and activation
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluency in German & English
  • 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within FinTech, Financial Services, or Online Trading
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
