• Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering understanding.
• German language skills are required.

• Work in the project and site office, spending 50%+ of time on the site performing walk rounds and inspections.

My client is currently looking for a Civil Supervisor / CSA Supervisor to work on a multi-year Brownfield construction project which is at the end of the FEED stage going into construction, Commissioning and then handing over to Operations in Leipzig.

This would be working directly for the Asset Owner therefore experience working on projects from the client-perspective would be very beneficial. The client will consider client and EPC/PMC side experience.

This is a brownfield project for an Industrial Plant with a total value of over 40 million EUR so experience on projects of this scale would be useful.

START: ASAP (August/September 2026 is feasible )

DURATION: 12 Month Initial Contract – likely to extend

HOURS: Full time

Civil Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing – Long-term Greenfield Project

Specification:

• 5-10+ years of CSA Project Supervisor or Engineer experience
• Experience working on Industrial/Energy/Infrastructure or Process-related projects
• Ideally experience supervising on construction sites
• Client-side or EPC contractor / general contractor type background
• Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering understanding
• German language skills are also required

The role would be to work in the project and site office, roughly spending 50%+ of time on the site doing walk arounds and site inspections.

The client requires a candidate who can manage sub-contractors onsite, understands permits for the site, and quality documentation for the CSA (Civil Structural and Architectural packages).
