Zusammenfassung

Nordex SE in Rostock is seeking an on-site Construction Site Manager to lead execution from delivery to commissioning on wind energy projects. You will coordinate civil and electrical works, manage resources, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires several years of site-management experience, English B2, German B1, MS Office/MS Project skills, and willingness to travel across Germany and neighboring countries. A structured, proactive approach and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Technician or master craftsman qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, a technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in construction site management, preferably in wind energy or comparable large-scale technical projects.
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally MS Project.
• Fluent English (CEFR B2) and basic German (B1).
• Structured, assertive, solution-oriented working style with high responsibility and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel mainly within Germany and occasionally to neighboring countries.
• Willingness to undertake multi-week assignments on construction sites and regular Saturday work.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and technical requirements, including risk management and proper documentation.
