The Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will join the executive leadership team for a defined period to provide strategic and operational HR leadership during a critical phase of growth and transformation. The role requires a seasoned HR executive with the ability to quickly assess the situation, stabilise processes, and implement solutions that ensure business continuity while laying the foundation for long‑term success.
Please note that international manufacturing experience is a must.
