Partner – HRIT Transformation (German-speaking)
We’re working with an advisory firm that’s looking to strengthen its senior leadership team with a Partner who can drive the next stage of their HR and IT transformation agenda. This is a senior, market-facing role where you’ll shape strategy, lead complex transformation programmes, and play a key part in further building the firm’s presence across the DACH region.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take a leading role in the strategic development of the practice – professionally, structurally, culturally, and in terms of people. Alongside this, you’ll guide and expand the firm’s core consulting areas across Digital, ERP, IT, and HR Transformation.
The Role
- Driving and overseeing complex transformation and digitisation programmes for clients, from IT and enterprise architecture to global HR redesign.
- Developing forward-looking HRIT target architectures and strategies that reflect the latest trends – Employee Experience, People Analytics, and Future of Work.
- Designing, harmonising, and digitalising global HR organisations, both nationally and internationally.
- Planning IT landscapes, supporting tool selection (including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Dynamics 365), and steering implementation projects.
- Leading customer acquisition efforts, shaping market-building strategies, and ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.
- Expanding existing client relationships through cross‑selling, upselling, and thought leadership.
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and board‑level decision‑makers.
- Providing leadership across multidisciplinary teams and supporting the development of consultants within the practice.
What you bring
Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong market orientation matter most here. A background in consulting helps, but the ability to inspire and drive transformation is fundamental.
You’ll be a strong fit if you bring
- A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience – ideally from a leading management consultancy or a senior enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in HRIT, digital transformation, IT architecture, and global HR operating models.
- Familiarity with leading HCM suites (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a real advantage.
- Strong project management, coaching, and leadership capability in IT and / or business process environments.
- A strong network, high sales affinity, and confidence in winning new business.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and board‑level stakeholders.
- A track record of successfully managing transformation projects across multiple geographies.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and across Europe.
