A leading PE Backed Business Services platform is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to accelerate growth, integration, and value creation across its expanding group of specialist businesses.

This newly created role will shape and deliver the group’s commercial, transformation, and integration agenda, working closely with the CEO and founders of acquired companies to build a scalable, high-performing European platform.

What you’ll do:
  • Drive sales growth initiatives across portfolio companies and establish group-wide sales systems and controls
  • Lead post-merger integrations across organisation, governance, and culture
  • Design and execute a value creation framework across pricing, sales, digitalisation, and cost optimisation
  • Partner with founders and MDs to professionalise operations and drive measurable performance improvement
  • Identify and deliver synergies across procurement, IT, shared services, and talent
  • Build and lead a small, hands‑on inhouse consulting team to support implementation
What you’ll bring:
  • 7–12 years in top-tier strategy consulting or a corporate transformation/integration leadership role
  • Proven success delivering growth and operational value in complex, entrepreneurial settings
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence
  • Degree in business, engineering, or similar; MBA preferred
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
