For our Containerships / SSL INEUR Head Office in Hamburg, we are recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (f / m / d).

Key responsibilities

• Part of the Management Team and Board of Containerships (Deutschland) GmbH, supervising the Finance department.
• Responsible for strategic and operational accounting, safeguarding CMA CGM interests.
• Coordinate with other Group departments.
• Main responsibilities within the Finance & Accounting Department :
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Oversee internal and external accounting.
• Ensure compliance with Group rules and regulations, internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention.
• Optimize finance and reporting processes.
• Manage budgeting, financial statements (IFRS and HGB), and reporting.
• Act as primary contact for banks, tax advisors, and auditors.
• Conduct financial audits and monitor key figures.
• Oversee month-end closing and subsidiaries' finances.
• Collaborate with CMA CGM Group's Finance department.

Qualifications

• MBA or Diploma in Economics or similar.
• 5-10 years management experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands-on mentality, accuracy, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong people and change management skills.
