We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (m/f/d) to lead our transformative journey to be commercially future-fit. The position is to be filled immediately with 39h/week.

Your key responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for building and leading our commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and goals while focusing on maintaining the core business, developing new products and identifying growth opportunities
  • You will manage our entire product portfolio, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the market
  • You will engage with global brands, retailers, and specifiers to promote the certification standard, ensuring continued support and relevance
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You will drive the cultural and operational shift within the organization, advocating for innovative practices and leveraging new technologies
What we are looking for:
  • A post-graduate degree in the field of agriculture with a focus on business and marketing
  • Min. 7 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably within certification, agriculture, or a related sector
  • Success in driving growth and innovation in a complex and constantly evolving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of business fundamentals
  • A deep understanding of market and value-chain dynamics, particularly in the agricultural and assurance sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical skills
  • The ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level), any other languages are beneficial
