Chief Client Officer – Digital Assets (m/w/d)

Location: Flexible within Europe (remote with travel requirements)

Compensation: Attractive and a performance-based component

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with HNWIs and institutional clients, acting as a strategic advisor for their financial goals.
  • Department Leadership: Establish and lead a high-level client management function, including process development, team building, and strategic planning.
  • Business Development: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while ensuring a client-centric approach to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Representation: Act as a company representative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings—both virtually and on-site.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Monitor key client satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to enhance loyalty, retention, and service excellence.
Profile
  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management, private banking, or asset management, with a focus on HNWIs or institutional clients.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, digital assets, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, paired with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Confident and engaging manner when interacting with clients both virtually and in person.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
