Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Interesse am Qualitätsmanagement – Quereinsteiger sind willkommen!
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Labor.
• Sorgfältiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil mit Leidenschaft für Analyse.
• Interesse an Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an Teamarbeit.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Titrationsanalysen und Überwachung der Badparameter.
• Qualitätskontrolle durch Prüfstände und Inspektionen.
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Korrosionstests.
• Stichprobenprüfung von Kundenteilen.
• Lagerung und Organisation von Chemikalien.
• Optimierung der Lackierprozesse im Team.
• Kommunikation und Koordination mit Kunden.

Jobbeschreibung

Your mission

• Performing titration analyses and monitoring bath parameters.

• Quality control through test panels and inspections according to automotive standards.

• Conducting and documenting corrosion tests in accordance with VDA and DIN ISO standards.

• Random inspection of customer parts.

• Storage and organization of chemicals for pretreatment and painting.

• Optimization of painting processes in collaboration with the team.

• Communication and coordination with customers.

Your profile

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical-technical assistant (CTA), or a comparable qualification.
• Interest in the field of quality management – career changers are welcome!
• Ideally, initial professional experience in a laboratory environment (experience in surface technology is a plus but not required).
• Careful and structured working style with a passion for analysis.
• Interest in quality assurance and process optimization.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
