Transport Overseas Group GmbH is part of the Mosolf Group and operates worldwide from its base in Achim. As an independent shipbroker and line agency, we specialize in roll‑on/roll‑off, break‑bulk and project freight management across Europe and beyond.

Position

Chatering Manager (m/w/d) – Full‑time, immediately available at our Achim office.

Responsibilities
  • Project ownership: oversee projects from quotation through charter closure.
  • Pricing & quotation: create offers and handle international tender procedures.
  • Contract negotiations: lead negotiations on charter parties and other transport agreements.
  • Shipping & service provider management: select and negotiate terms with shipping lines and logistics partners.
  • Client maintenance & growth: manage existing relationships in project logistics and charter business, and develop new customer partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed training as a maritime officer, freight forwarding officer or a degree in Shipping & Chartering (or similar).
  • Experience: 3‑5 years in an operational shipping role, preferably in project logistics, with an established professional network.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of international maritime transport and freight management.
  • Language: Proficient English (written and spoken).
  • Work style: Independent, structured, flexible and proactive with strong team spirit.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for projects.
