Channel Account Manager for the DACH region.
What will you do?
- Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategy.
- Manage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, embracing Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun.
- Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystem.
- Oversee partner performance and strengthen collaboration.
- Generate leads together: from co-hosting events and exhibitions to supporting in the field.
- Collaborate closely with partners to grow sales of our solutions.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as a partner account owner.
- A strong technical mindset.
- Fluent in English & German (mandatory); other languages are a strong plus.
- Independent, proactive, and skilled in building lasting business relationships.
- Availability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and our HQ in Ghent.
- Prior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plus.
