A growing international company is seeking a Channel Account Manager for the DACH region. In this hybrid role, you will identify and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and are fluent in both English and German. Qualifikationen

  • Prior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plus.

Channel Account Manager for the DACH region.

What will you do?
  • Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Manage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, embracing Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun.
  • Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystem.
  • Oversee partner performance and strengthen collaboration.
  • Generate leads together: from co-hosting events and exhibitions to supporting in the field.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to grow sales of our solutions.
What do we expect from you?
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as a partner account owner.
  • A strong technical mindset.
  • Fluent in English & German (mandatory); other languages are a strong plus.
  • Independent, proactive, and skilled in building lasting business relationships.
  • Availability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and our HQ in Ghent.
  • Prior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plus.
