About Cellbricks Therapeutics

At Cellbricks Therapeutics, we work towards a future where humans can enjoy longer and healthier lives. Every 30 seconds, a patient dies from a disease caused by tissue dysfunction. Our vision is to change that by producing bioengineered, implantable human tissue that restores organ and tissue function for millions of patients.

Our mission is backed by visionary investors, including ACT Ventures Partners, Silicon RoundAbout Ventures and SPRIND – Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovation, as well as key individual investors.

Cellbricks Therapeutics is a Berlin- and Boston-based biotech company developing bioengineered tissue therapeutics. We combine bioprinting, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine to build functional human tissue at scale.

We are an interdisciplinary team of biotechnologists, engineers, chemists and entrepreneurs from more than 14 nations, united by a proactive, hands-on approach to solving hard scientific problems. Our team is currently advancing multiple therapeutic programmes focused on the restoration of complex wounds and organ failure towards pre-IND and IND milestones, in collaboration with leading clinical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing partners.

About the Role

We're looking to fill a hands-on, detail-oriented Cell Culture Technical Support role in our Tissue Engineering team. You'll be the backbone of our day-to-day cell culture operations - keeping our lab running smoothly so our scientists can focus on moving therapeutic programs forward. • Support general cell culture operations across multiple concurrent research programs.
  • Work closely with our cell culture/molecular biology lead to keep experiments on schedule.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, biotechnology, cell biology, or a related life sciences field.
  • Prior hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture (primary cells, stem cells, iPS).
  • Strong organizational habits and comfort with meticulous record-keeping
  • A proactive mindset - you notice what's running low before it becomes a problem.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with GLP-adjacent documentation practices.
  • Experience with Mesenchymal Stem Cells and/or 3D culture models.

  • You'll play a hands-on role in keeping our cell culture operations running day to day.
  • It's a good fit if you enjoy structure and precision, want to build deep technical cell culture experience, and like being the person the team can count on.
  • Have a real impact on the future of medicine through the development of bioengineered tissue therapeutics.
  • Work with a fantastic, international and interdisciplinary team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including Urban Sports, the Deutschlandticket and a €50 voucher.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
  • Regular team events.
