Skeleton Technologies Oy is seeking an experienced Cell Assembly Process Engineer to join our high‑tech environment and contribute to the company’s mission of building a net zero future.

The role focuses on leading troubleshooting during equipment commissioning and ramp‑up, serving as the main technical contact for suppliers, and driving process validation, risk management, and data‑driven problem solving in a battery cell manufacturing context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field).
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in process engineering, ideally within battery, cell manufacturing, or high‑volume industrial production environments.
• Experience leading equipment commissioning, ramp‑up, and acceptance activities (FAT, SAT, Run‑at‑Rate).
• Strong background in structured root‑cause analysis and data‑driven problem‑solving methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience defining process validation plans, process windows, and operating standards.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
