AERO HighProfessionals GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder sucht einen Cabin Integration Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, um an Kabinen- und Frachtkonfigurationen in einem hoch anspruchsvollen Umfeld mitzuarbeiten.

Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kabinenkonfigurations-Themen über mehrere ATA-Systeme hinweg, stimmen Kundenwünsche ab und unterstützen Integrationsprozesse in einem transnationalen Team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, business informatics, or a comparable technical field at bachelor level or above.
• Initial professional experience in configuration management, project management, process management, or a related aviation environment.
• Basic knowledge of cabin design, customization processes, and change management.
• Good IT skills, including MS Office; experience with ICC, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a transnational team environment.
• Open-minded attitude, strong motivation, and the confidence to challenge existing practices and support improvements.
• Ability to handle workload peaks in a dynamic environment while staying rigorous and reliable.
• Very good command of English; German at least at a good working level, French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the focal point for cabin configuration topics across multiple ATA systems and ensure that aircraft configuration at modification level matches customer requests.
• Support the configuration integration of late mandatory customer option requests and make sure customer definitions are delivered on time and with accurate quality.
• Secure that relevant EPAC/TDUs, product offers, bricks, and MOD build-ups are prepared for the relevant Head of Version rebuilds and the associated Custom Definition Freeze agenda.
• Monitor the availability and quality of customization modifications within the Aircraft Configuration Control database and support reliable Request for Change coverage.
• Prepare MOD build-ups for pre-development packages for larger projects and support project and chief engineering teams in mitigating risks in new developments.
• Contribute to digitalisation, Lean opportunities, and process simplification to improve configuration integration deliverables, rate adaptability, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with international stakeholders in Finkenwerder and support continuous improvement of configuration processes, tools, and workflow efficiency.

We are looking for a Cabin Integration Engineer (d/f/m) in Finkenwerder for a full-time role in a highly technical aviation environment. This is a great opportunity for a configuration management specialist, cabin configuration manager, or aircraft customization coordinator who wants to contribute to cabin and cargo configuration topics in a transnational team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for all cabin configuration-related topics across multiple ATA systems and ensure that aircraft configuration at modification level matches customer requests.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:
