Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced, high-level device software based on a SECS/GEM-compatible framework (C#).
• Independently manage customer interface coordination and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with software commissioning, which may include global travel for on-site customer support (approximately 10% of the time).
• Maintain close communication with customers and service technicians, offering solutions to technical challenges and handling complaints.
• Contribute to designing innovative software solutions and executing them effectively.
• Oversee version control and documentation, ensuring they are managed efficiently within a structured software development process.
