Job description

For a world-leading technology company in large-scale industrial plant construction, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist for Electrical Engineering & Subcontracting Services (m/f/d) at our Dresden location (alternatively Stuttgart). In this key position, you will be responsible for the strategic tendering, commercial negotiation, and comprehensive execution of complex works and supply contracts in the multi-million euro range. In addition to a highly interesting product and service portfolio within an innovative large-scale project environment, you can expect a permanent, full-time employment contract through temporary staffing with the option of permanent placement. A salary package of €75,000 to €90,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience) and attractive corporate benefits round out this future-proof career opportunity. Your responsibilities will include the overall management of the tendering and procurement process, from strategic tendering and commercial negotiation to the conclusion of complex works and supply contracts in the multi-million euro range. You will also be responsible for the commercial evaluation of incoming bids from subcontractors and the development of sound award recommendations to secure optimal contract terms. Conducting demanding contract negotiations with subcontractors and partners to achieve economically sound and legally compliant agreements on equal terms. Continuous performance monitoring and progress tracking of subcontractors to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and project budgets. Proactive risk management for the early identification of deviations from the agreed-upon specifications and the proactive implementation of targeted countermeasures throughout the project. Professional change order management through the careful commercial review, evaluation, and settlement of all change order claims.

• Fundierte Qualifikation im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik durch eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung oder einen vergleichbaren technischen Werdegang.

• Einschlägige Praxiserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung und im Einkauf, idealerweise erworben in der Bauindustrie oder im industriellen Großanlagenbau.

• Tiefgehendes Fachwissen in elektrotechnischen Gewerken sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für zeitgemäße Projektabwicklungsmodelle im industriellen Anlagenbau.

• Sichere Rechtskenntnisse in der Vertragsgestaltung nach den Regelwerken der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen sowie des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches.

• Routinierte Anwendung moderner Unternehmenssoftware, insbesondere fundierte Praxis mit SAP S4HANA, SAP Ariba, RIB iTWO sowie Microsoft Office.

• Verhandlungssichere Sprachkompetenz mit exzellenten Deutschkenntnissen und fließenden Englischkenntnissen für die zielgerichtete Kommunikation auf allen Projektebenen.
