Qualifications

• Technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Industrie absolviert.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf/Materialmanagement.
• Technisches Verständnis elektrotechnischer Produkte.
• Erfahrung in der Solar- bzw. Elektrotechnik von Vorteil.
• Verhandlungsgeschick bei Lieferanten, Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen.
• Organisationsstark, selbstständig, strukturiert.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise ERP-/Projektwerkzeuge.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit in Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement, Montage und Lager.
• Führerschein Klasse B.

Responsabilités

• Beschaffung solarer Komponenten gemäß Bedarf, einschließlich Energiespeicher und elektrotechnischer Ausrüstung.
• Angebote einholen, vergleichen und Preise, Lieferbedingungen sowie Zahlungsbedingungen verhandeln.

Your responsibilities as a buyer (m/f/d) at fri Energy

As Buyer (m/f/d) at fri Energy In Rostock-Roggentin, you will be responsible for the needs-based procurement of all necessary items for the entire company – from solar components, energy storage systems, and electrical equipment to other operational requirements. You will coordinate orders, monitor delivery dates, and, together with the specialist departments, ensure a reliable supply to construction sites. You will utilize your market knowledge in the electrical sector, compare offers, and focus on competitive pricing and on-time deliveries. In this way, you will lay the foundation for smooth operations on our construction sites and throughout the entire company.

• Procurement of solar components according to demand such as energy storage systems, inverters and electrotechnical equipment
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as negotiation of prices, delivery conditions and payment terms
• Planning and coordination of material supply for ongoing projects and construction sites, taking into account the respective needs.
• Monitoring of orders and delivery dates to ensure timely supply to the construction site
• Selection, support and further development of suppliers taking into account quality, availability and cost-effectiveness
• Coordination with project management and assembly for coordinating material requirements and logistics
• Monitoring of inventory levels and material availability as well as avoiding shortages and overstocks
• Monitoring of the procurement market in the electrical and solar sectors regarding price trends, new products and delivery capacity
• Review of order confirmations and deliveries as well as clarifying deviations, complaints and delivery problems
• Maintenance of order and supplier data as well as documentation of the procurement processes

Your profile for the job offer

• Completed technical and/or commercial training in the industrial sector*
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement or materials management are required.
• Technical understanding of electrotechnical products, components and materials
• Experience in the solar industry or the electrical sector is an advantage.
