Job summary

Instagrid is seeking a Systems Analyst/Automation Product Owner to bridge business processes with technical execution. You will document requirements, translate processes into system specifications, and manage cross-system automation initiatives across CRM, ERP, and finance tools.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to improve data quality and efficiency, while supporting development projects and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Systems Analyst, RevOps Specialist, Systems Developer, or Automation Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of, and prior experience working with, Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Sales departments.
• Solid knowledge of SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS).
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or internal platforms.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C++, JavaScript, Python, SuiteScripts, or Apex.
• Comfortable working with data mapping, APIs, and process flow diagrams.

Responsibilities

The role bridges the gap between business operations and technical system execution. It is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing cross-functional processes by leveraging internal platforms, system integrations, and automation tools, in collaboration with the Data team. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, and Systems to ensure seamless process orchestration across ERP, CRM, and other operational tools as Instagrid scales globally. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical execution by translating processes into scalable system solutions and driving cross-functional automation initiatives.
