Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a strategy professional to help shape the long-term growth of the Investment Management Solutions area in Frankfurt. You will assist in coordinating strategic projects, preparing analyses, and delivering decision-ready proposals for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes rigorous market analysis, structured problem solving, and effective communication across levels in English. Strong MS Office proficiency is required, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• University degree with excellent results.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy of an asset manager or M&A.
• Theoretical and first practical knowledge of capital markets relevance and functioning, and an understanding of business principles and processes.
• Focus on delivery with a results-oriented and structured approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of reliability and autonomy.
• High commitment and motivation.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative tools and methods (e.g. financial modelling, business plan analysis).
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal, and ability to communicate effectively across all seniority levels in English.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.

Overview

Deutsche Börse Group’s Investment Management Solutions (IMS) area comprises ISS STOXX and SimCorp, two global leading companies that empower investors, corporates and banks with corporate governance, ESG, index, market intelligence, and front‑to‑back investment management solutions. The strategy team serves as a competence center for strategy and business development for the IMS area within the overall Deutsche Börse Group strategic framework.
