Quadcode, a fintech company, is seeking a Sales, Marketing & Affiliate Recruiter to attract top talent for commercial functions across the globe. You will build pipelines for sales, marketing and affiliate roles and partner with hiring managers.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source via LinkedIn and job boards, ensure a positive candidate experience, and stay ahead of hiring trends in the industry. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience recruiting for sales, marketing and/or affiliate roles.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and Russian (C1).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• A proactive and results‑driven mindset.

Our team is dedicated to driving growth through top-tier sales, marketing, and affiliate strategies. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a talented Sales, Marketing & Affiliate Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the best talent in these key areas.

As a Business Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across our commercial functions. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, marketing, and partnership roles, ensuring we continue to scale with the right people.
