For our client, a leading multinational technology company specializing in internet-related services and products, we are currently seeking a Business Program Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment based in Munich.

Overview

As a Business Program Manager, you work independently on project management activities throughout the full lifecycle of a project. You anticipate issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional challenges, and identify opportunities to develop or improve tools and processes while balancing the immediate needs of projects with the longer-term goals of the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy to advance customer relationships, cloud adoption, and deal progression by driving synergies across customer programs
  • Develop strategic customer engagement plans for a portfolio of high-value, strategic customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Strategic Accounts, Google Cloud Customer Experience, Go-to-Market, Strategic Missions & Partnerships, and Product Areas
  • Create cross-functional, cohesive customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery against milestones and strategic goals
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience: 5+ years in program management, customer engagement, sales operations, enterprise sales, or management consulting
  • Proven experience in a cloud or technology environment
  • Strong track record of working with executive-level clients or stakeholders
  • Background in customer/enterprise sales, consulting, or strategic initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage without direct authority
