constellr is seeking a procurement professional to manage everything from office supplies to service contracts, ensuring smooth operations and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes end-to-end procurement, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and compliance across teams in a fast-growing environment.

You will work closely with finance, legal, operations and business leaders to drive value, manage risks, and implement improvements while upholding ethical sourcing standards.

Your Role

You'll handle constellr's general procurement needs — from office supplies to service contracts — keeping the business running smoothly and cost-effectively

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives, optimize costs, and ensure the timely sourcing of goods and services.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders to drive value, innovation, and service excellence.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and risk mitigation measures while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and procurement risks, implementing improvement initiatives where required.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular reporting on procurement performance, supplier metrics, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Job requirements

About you

Required:

• Experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills

• Experience with procurement/ERP systems
• Experience in a scaling company with growing purchasing needs
• Professional procurement certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or MCIPS
