Node is seeking a Business Process Analyst/ IT Requirements Manager to support a U.S. Government customer in Arlington, VA. You will lead requirements gathering, document pilot tech integration, and coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective cybersecurity incident response improvements.

The role requires U.S. Citizenship, active Secret clearance, and 5+ years of BA experience. DoD/federal governance familiarity and experience with use cases, user stories, and metrics

Location: Arlington, VA

Node is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber‑attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services.

Node is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings

• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with use case development and user story creation
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project coordination and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
• Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
• Experience with agile requirements management

Required Education:

BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience

• DoD 8140 IAT Level II
