Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to support our rapidly growing Sales and Business Development teams. In this role, you’ll streamline sales processes, own our Salesforce CRM, deliver data-driven insights, and define the metrics that drive our success. Your work will directly impact how efficiently and effectively our revenue teams operate.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of Salesforce data, ensuring deals,customer records, and documentation are always up to date.
- Support the full sales cycle from deal creation to closure — managingapprovals, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Monitor deal expirations and coordinate renewals with Sales.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to troubleshoot andoptimize Salesforce processes and data flows.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal teams tofacilitate smooth communication and process alignment.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of customer agreements, workingclosely with the Legal team on modifications and approvals.
- Ensure all regulatory and financial requirements are met before deals are finalized.
- Support the EMEA Sales team proactively, ensuring they receive timelyoperational support
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular sales and operationalperformance reports.
- Update dashboards and trackers to reflect key business metrics and KPIs.
- Document core processes and maintain resources in Notion to supporttransparency and knowledge sharing.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to ongoingefficiency initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Economics, ora related field.
- 3+years of experience in sales operations, business coordination, or asimilar analytical role.
- Experience in an international or fast-growing organization is stronglypreferred.
- Exposure to the healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries isan advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to manage, update, andstructure complex data accurately.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including data analysis functions(pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Experience using Notion, Slack , and other collaboration tools;familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving workflows.
