Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to support our rapidly growing Sales and Business Development teams. In this role, you\'ll streamline sales processes, own our Salesforce CRM, deliver data-driven insights, and define the metrics that drive our success. Your work will directly impact how efficiently and effectively our revenue teams operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations & CRM Management
  • Maintain the accuracy and reliability of Salesforce data, ensuring deals, customer records, and documentation are always up to date
  • Support the full sales cycle from deal creation to closure — managing approvals, documentation, and compliance checks
  • Monitor deal expirations and coordinate renewals with Sales
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce processes and data flows
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth communication and process alignment
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of customer agreements, working closely with the Legal team on modifications and approvals
  • Ensure all regulatory and financial requirements are met before deals are finalized
  • Support the EMEA Sales team proactively, ensuring they receive timely operational support
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular sales and operational performance reports
  • Update dashboards and trackers to reflect key business metrics and KPIs
  • Document core processes and maintain resources in Notion to support transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business coordination, or a similar analytical role
  • Experience in an international or fast-growing organization is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to the healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is an advantage
Technical Competencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to manage, update, and structure complex data accurately
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data analysis functions (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Experience using Notion, Slack, and other collaboration tools; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving workflows
