Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior BI and data analytics leader to drive governance, reporting, and automation across client engagements. You will architect scalable BI solutions, mentor a high‑performing analytics team, and partner with clients to define the analytics roadmap.

The role requires advanced Power BI skills, extensive experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query, plus hands‑on SQL and workflow automation capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management, Analytics, or related technical roles
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing technical or analytical teams
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and report optimization
• Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online environments
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, workflow design, and business process automation
• Experience with SQL, data integration, ETL processes, and database design
• Experience with Google Workspace tools
• Experience with commercial real estate, CMMS, financial data, or systems such as Yardi, IBM TRIRIGA, and Triana is highly desirable
• Strong project management skills

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing analytics team
