Jobtailor is seeking a data engineer in Germany to design scalable data warehouse models and integrate data from ERP sources.

You will build and maintain data pipelines with Python and SQL, lead client engagements, and work with reporting specialists to ensure KPI-driven data structures. The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and collaboration using modern tools.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development.
• Experience with ERP data structures and warehouse modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Strong experience with Mage.AI, dbt, SQL Server, Snowflake, or Fabric.
• Experience using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and workflow management.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and the Kimball methodology.
• Experience with documentation, versioning, and data governance practices.
