Job summary

AMEOS IT-Services seeks a Business Intelligence Controller (m/f/d) full-time to strengthen our finance team. You will advance BI reporting across ZLE and the AMEOS Group, optimize controlling instruments, and create dashboards and analyses to support decisions.

The role requires a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field with a data focus, plus solid BI experience (Qlik Sense, IBM Planning Analytics TM1, SAP S/4).

Qualifications

• Successful completion of studies in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable course of study with a data processing/analysis focus.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and/or data management with a BI focus.
• Very good knowledge of BI systems, especially Qlik Sense, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and SAP S/4.
• Experience with building databases or knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Further development of BI reporting within the ZLE entities and for AMEOS Group service recipients.
• Optimization and transformation of controlling instruments.
• Creation, analysis, and interpretation of business metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Development and maintenance of management information systems and BI applications.
• Support in corporate planning and forecast creation.
• Analysis of business processes and derivation of actions to improve efficiency.
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and ZLE management and IT to implement data-driven solutions.
• Connection of data sources and implementation of interfaces; ensure high data quality and data model evolution.

Your Tasks

• Further development of our business intelligence reporting within the companies of ZLE and to the service recipients of the AMEOS Group
• Optimization and transformation of controlling instruments
• Creation, analysis, and interpretation of business metrics, reports, and dashboards

• Analysis of business processes and derivation of recommendations for action to control and increase efficiency
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments and management of ZLE as well as with IT in implementing data-driven solutions
• Connection of data sources and implementation of interfaces
• Ensuring high data quality and further development of data models and reporting structures

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable course of study with a focus on data processing and analysis
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and/or data management with a focus on business intelligence / corporate governance
• Knowledge in healthcare or in a service company with healthcare relevance is desirable
• Very good knowledge of common BI systems, especially: Qlik Sense; IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and SAP S/4
• Experience in building databases or knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a confident handling of large amounts of data
• High affinity for numbers, structured and independent working style
