Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Umsetzung der Studenten-Wachstums-Roadmap an Universitäten, Partnerschaften und Campus-Programmen.
• Koordination von Campus-Brand- und Studentenführer-Programmen.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Uni-Verkaufs- und Engagement-Programmen.
• Identifikation operativer Hürden und Umsetzung pragmatischer Lösungen.
• Unterstützung saisonaler Studenten-Kampagnen (Sommerreise, Abschlussfeier, Gruppenreisen, Semesterferien).
• Zusammenarbeit mit Growth-Marketing-Teams an Performance-Initiativen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Supply-Teams zu Studentenunterkünften.
• Unterstützung Influencer- und Affiliate-Initiativen.

The Role

As the Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing initiatives that engage university students across Germany. Working cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Business Development, Communications, PR, Partnerships, Community, and Data, you will help drive awareness, engagement, and customer growth through campus programs, strategic partnerships, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the student growth roadmap across universities, partnerships, referral programs, incentives, and other student-focused initiatives.
• Coordinate campus ambassador and student leader programs.
• Develop and operationalize university sales and engagement programs.
• Identify and remove operational barriers by implementing creative and practical solutions.
• Support seasonal student campaigns, including summer travel, graduation, group travel, and semester breaks.

• Partner with Growth Marketing teams on performance initiatives, referral programs, incentives, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with Supply teams to explore student accommodation opportunities, including universities and hostels.
• Support influencer and affiliate initiatives targeting student audiences.
• Work alongside partnership teams to identify new opportunities within the student segment.

• Build and support relationships with student organizations, university groups, and youth-focused partners.
• Coordinate campus community activities and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor student trends and cultural moments to identify relevant growth opportunities.

• Track campaign performance and student marketing initiatives.
• Prepare campaign reports, post-launch reviews, and document best practices.
• Gather customer and student insights to support future strategy and program development.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a passion for building communities and creating impactful growth initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree completed at a German university (public or large private institution). This is a mandatory requirement.
• Up to five years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Program Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with student communities, campus initiatives, youth-focused programs, or community engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build new programs from the ground up.
• Genuine enthusiasm for travel, community building, and engaging younger audiences.

Preferred

• German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
