We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in retail banking, specifically in the lending domain. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of the end-to-end loan and mortgage lifecycle and a solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze, define, and support the implementation of banking solutions, with a focus on process orchestration, integration, and compliance.
Analyze and document business requirements in the lending domain, including loan origination, disbursement, securitization, and account management.
Provide in-depth functional expertise in mortgage and loan lifecycle management.
Understand and interpret regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, Basel III, KWG, GwG, SAG.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize banking processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead and support process orchestration initiatives and application integrations.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
Use BPM tools (Camunda or TIBCO) to model and manage business processes.
Contribute to solution design with a strong understanding of underlying technologies such as Java, XML, SQL, OpenShift.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the retail banking and lending sector.
Deep functional knowledge of loan/mortgage lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, Basel III, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with process orchestration and operations‑application integration.
Experience with Camunda, TIBCO, or similar BPM tools.
Understanding of IT concepts and tools such as Java, XML, SQL, and OpenShift.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
