Enemix is seeking a Team Lead for Business Development & Project Development covering North-Eastern Germany, with three direct reports and strong cross-functional exposure. You will shape portfolio strategy, lead people, and engage senior leadership to drive growth across PV, wind, and BESS.
You will influence strategic direction, manage a diverse regional pipeline, and collaborate with an international team across the project lifecycle, from origination to delivery.
Berlin, Germany (Hamburg also considered)
This business is a leading global independent power producer developing, constructing and operating solar, onshore wind and battery storage projects, with a development pipeline exceeding 60GW across more than 15 active markets. Backed by a major global energy group, the pipeline here is genuinely funded, not speculative, and the platform covers the full project lifecycle in-house, from origination through to construction and long-term asset operation.
The German business is scaling its North-Eastern portfolio and is looking for a Team Lead to take ownership of strategy and delivery across the region, leading a small team of developers while continuing to shape the direction of the business alongside senior leadership.
You will take on responsibility for driving business development and project development strategy across North-Eastern Germany, managing three direct reports and reporting into the German leadership team. This is a genuine leadership role: you will be expected to develop the team, shape portfolio strategy, and represent the region at a senior level, not simply oversee project delivery.
The technology scope spans PV, onshore wind and BESS, giving you the breadth to build a diverse and resilient regional pipeline rather than being tied to a single technology, across greenfield and brownfield projects.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity within a business that has the scale, funding and technology breadth to make good on its ambitions. The leadership team has a strong track record of developing people and values reflective, collaborative team players over rigid hierarchy. For someone ready to move from managing projects to leading people and shaping strategy, this is a strong next step.
