KIGYO is seeking an experienced Development Lead to join its growing renewable energy team in Germany. This hands-on role involves managing projects, driving planning and permitting, and supporting multiple developers across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with municipalities, landowners and authorities, assessing new opportunities, and ensuring project progress against timelines and risks. Strong German planning knowledge and multi-project leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in renewable energy project development in Germany.
• Background in Solar PV and/or Onshore Wind or BESS.
• Good knowledge of German planning and permitting.
• Understanding of land acquisition and grid topics.
• Experience working with municipalities and local authorities.
• Comfortable managing several projects at the same time.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
