NORNORM is expanding in the Munich area and seeks ambitious Business Development Representatives to build the market from the ground up. You will prospect by phone, email, and LinkedIn, meet prospects in person, and represent us at events, developing long-term relationships.
You will own the pipeline end-to-end, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings while collaborating with partnerships and marketing to gather market feedback. This is an on-site role in Munich with Europe-wide collaboration.
NORNORM is a fast-growing circular scale-up redefining the workspace industry through a subscription model that's better for people, businesses, and the planet.
We're opening a new market in the Munich area and are looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives who want to be part of building it from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to learn how business really happens: through conversations, trust, and long-term relationships - while helping establish NORNORM in one of Germany's most exciting business regions.
Your days will be varied: prospecting and outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn, but also getting out to meet prospects and partners, pitching NORNORM in person, and representing us at events.
What you're really building along the way is a skillset most people never fully master:
Success in this role means building a strong pipeline of qualified meetings, creating new commercial relationships, closing opportunities and helping establish NORNORM in the Munich market.
This is not a desk-only BDR role. You’ll be expected to build relationships both digitally and in person, get out into the Munich workspace ecosystem and help build our presence in the region from the ground up.
You've finished your education and are ready to put it to use. We imagine that you are:
We value flexibility, but please note that this is an office-first role with an expectation of being on-site at least four days per week in Munich.
Most of all because this job is a career accelerator. But also:
Essentially, joining NORNORM means being part of something bigger: scaling circularity across the workspace industry while growing in an environment that values curiosity, courage, and collaboration.
We run a structured recruitment process and review all candidates based on their application. You don't need a flawless CV or a perfectly polished application. We value authenticity and would much rather hear your own voice than something overly scripted.
To ensure a fair and consistent process for all candidates, we are not able to offer individual introductory calls or informal conversations outside the application process.
