Business Development Representative (Must be German Speaking)

I am looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong interest or background in ERP solutions such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms. Within the role, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth across the DACH region — identifying and qualifying new opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales and solution teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients in the mid-market and enterprise ERP space across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute strategic outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build awareness of the implementation services.
  • Qualification: Engage prospects to understand their ERP landscape, project timelines, and digital transformation goals; qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales or project delivery teams.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, track engagement, and provide insights to support sales planning and pipeline forecasting.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and pre-sales teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and qualification frameworks for ERP-focused outreach.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor ERP market trends and competitor activity to identify new sectors or accounts with transformation potential.

Key Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C1 or higher) and professional English skills.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation role, with experience engaging with clients in ERP, SaaS, or technology consulting (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Language Requirement: German (C1 or higher) & English (fluent)
