Business Development Manager with ServiceNow Expertise (f/m/d)

Tasks
- Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow consulting and implementation services to drive business growth
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital at targeted enterprise accounts
- Develop and manage a robust and qualified sales pipeline while ensuring accurate and timely revenue forecasting
- Collaborate closely with Pre‑Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to co‑create tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs
- Lead end‑to‑end sales processes including RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Represent the organization at ServiceNow partner events, industry conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance visibility and credibility
- Serve as a strategic liaison with the ServiceNow partner ecosystem to strengthen partnerships and stay aligned with platform innovations and opportunities
Qualifications
- Studies in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or B2B sales strategies, and 5‑10 years of professional experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT platforms – preferably with ServiceNow
- Passion for building impactful client relationships and driving digital innovation through tailored enterprise solutions, with a strong interest in the value ServiceNow brings to large organizations
- Expertise in navigating the ServiceNow ecosystem, including licensing models, product capabilities, and strategic value across industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, or related enterprise sectors; proven track record in closing complex deals and sustaining long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
