Your mission

  • Identify and engage potential publisher partners across the EU market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through outreach, meetings, and events
  • Keep your sales pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Account Management, and Tech
  • Represent ConnectAd at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and deals using a CRM system
  • A “hunter” mindset : goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to close deals
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English
  • Experience in business development and sales, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech, or media
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends
