Zusammenfassung

Trafi, an Enghouse Company, seeks a commercially driven sales professional in Germany to identify new opportunities with cities and transit agencies and shape long-term commercial opportunities. You'll collaborate with Product, Delivery and Leadership to influence the product roadmap and lead complex consultative sales, including public tenders, while working remotely or from our Leipzig office.

The role requires building trusted relationships and driving adoption of Trafi solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, account management, or partnerships within mobility, transportation, SaaS, or another complex B2B technology environment.
• Experience building relationships with public sector organizations, transit agencies, operators, or regulated industries.
• Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities before they become formal procurement projects.
• Understanding of urban mobility trends and a genuine interest in shaping the future of transportation.

This isn't a role for someone who simply responds to published tenders or manages an existing pipeline. We're looking for someone who understands where the mobility market is heading, builds trusted relationships with cities, transit agencies and industry partners, and helps position Trafi as the partner that gets them there.

Working closely with Product, Delivery and Leadership teams, you'll help shape long-term commercial opportunities, influence our product roadmap through customer insights, and drive the adoption of solutions that improve urban mobility.

This is a Remote role based in Germany, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office (in Leipzig) according to your preference.
