Your Tasks

The Business Development Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for driving business growth within the company. He develops a network of contacts to attract new customers, penetrate key market opportunities and oversee growth projects within the Europe (EMEA + DACH region), making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

  • Develops and generats growth in the defense market in Europe
  • Supporting subsidiaries in term of market and customer penetration based in Europe (intra-synergy)
  • Synergizing within Europe and with Worldwide sales in Aerospace & Defense
  • Monitoring of the Aerospace & Defense competitor landscape
  • Identifying industrial clusters related to Aerospace & Defense (technology/markets) incl. networking
Your Profile

You are a strong personality with excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to influence and engage internal as well as external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Higher education in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in business developmentwithin Europe; global experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in Defense markets and customers
  • Good knowledge of the relevant applications; understanding of the related PI technologies is an advantage
  • Strong and active network inside Europe
  • Good knowledge of the key player in Europe, especially Germany, France, Italy, Swiss, Israel and Great Britian
  • Willingness to travel
