As aBusiness Development Manager at Westwing, you will establish processes from scratch, lead cross-functional strategic projects and derive initiatives from data analysis. This high-impact role offers a steep development path, where you will take on responsibility from day one. You will work closely with senior management and a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team. This position is permanentand based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• own the end-to-end planning and implementation of strategic cross-functional projects within Westwing
• conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• drive continuous improvement of the existing processes, e.g., by creating new tools and transforming core workflows
• analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth areas and strategic partnerships
• develop and manage relationships with stakeholders across departments, business models and countries

YOU COME WITH

• 4+ years of professional working experience with a proven track record, preferably from a top consulting or strategy/business development department of an eCommerce company
• very strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyse, and interpret large amounts of data, combined with a pragmatic, “hands-on” attitude and a focus on results
• proven project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• team-oriented and collaborative approach, with a passion for making an impact
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken English
